Eliminating the Physical Oracle Problem

“11 forensic methodologies that transform physical reality into cryptographic certainty, protecting sovereign capital against structural, legal, and environmental risk.”

The PTVS 11-Point Framework

Each methodology is a layer of protection. Together, they form an impenetrable shield around your capital.

01

On-Site Forensic Inspection

Sworn judicial experts (PTCE) conduct physical inspections of every asset, documenting structural integrity, material degradation, and hidden pathologies through direct observation and measurement.

02

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Advanced instrumental analysis including ground-penetrating radar (GPR), infrared thermography, ultrasonic pulse velocity, and sclerometry to detect internal defects invisible to the naked eye.

03

Legal & Registry Verification

Comprehensive review of property registries, liens, encumbrances, urban planning compliance, and environmental permits to ensure clear, unencumbered ownership.

04

PTVS Score Calculation

A weighted algorithm (0-100) evaluating Structural (40%), Legal (30%), Environmental (20%), and Documentary (10%) factors. Only Grade AAA (90-100) assets enter the Sovereign pipeline.

05

PDF/A-3 Report Generation

All findings are compiled into a long-term archival format (ISO 19005) that embeds metadata, georeferenced photos, and NDT certificates within a single, tamper-evident document.

06

SHA-256 Cryptographic Hashing

The final report is hashed using SHA-256, creating a unique digital fingerprint. Any alteration to a single byte changes the hash entirely, making tampering mathematically impossible to hide.

07

eIDAS 2.0 Qualified Signature (QES)

The PTCE expert signs the hash with a Qualified Electronic Signature, granting the document the same legal validity as a handwritten signature before a notary across all 27 EU member states.

08

On-Chain Anchoring (PTVSClaimInjector.sol)

The hash, PTVS Score, and expert identity are injected into a smart contract on Polygon/Ethereum, creating an immutable, publicly verifiable record of the asset’s physical truth at the time of audit.

09

ONCHAINID Integration (ERC-3643)

The asset’s digital identity (ONCHAINID) is linked to the PTVS claim, ensuring that only tokens backed by verified, Grade AAA collateral can be issued and transferred within the Sovereign ecosystem.

10

Automated Circuit Breakers

Smart contracts are programmed to automatically freeze yield distributions or trigger technical default clauses if the PTVS Score drops below Grade A (70) during periodic re-audits.

11

Continuous Monitoring & Re-Audit

Mandatory re-inspections every 6-12 months ensure the asset maintains its Grade AAA status. IoT sensor integration (future PTVS v2.0) will enable real-time structural health monitoring.

The Physical Oracle Problem: Solved

Traditional RWA platforms rely on self-reported data or static PDF appraisals that become obsolete within months. The PTVS 11-Point Framework transforms physical reality into a live, cryptographically secured, legally enforceable data stream. Your capital is protected not by promises, but by forensic science and immutable code.

Smart Contract Integration

How PTVS claims interact with ERC-3643 permissioned tokens and the Sovereign investment infrastructure.

// PTVSClaimInjector.sol – Core Verification Contract struct PTVSClaim { uint256 assetId; // ONCHAINID of the physical asset uint256 ptvsScore; // 0-100 Grade (AAA: 90-100, A: 70-89) bytes32 reportHash; // SHA-256 of PDF/A-3 forensic report address ptceExpert; // Wallet of sworn judicial expert uint256 timestamp; // Audit completion time string uri; // IPFS/Arweave link to full report } function injectClaim(PTVSClaim memory claim) external { require(claim.ptvsScore >= 90, “Grade AAA required for Sovereign”); require(isValidPTCE(claim.ptceExpert), “Expert not certified”); claims[claim.assetId] = claim; emit ClaimInjected(claim.assetId, claim.ptvsScore); }

ERC-3643 Token Gating

The IdentityRegistry.sol contract checks the PTVS Score before allowing token transfers. If an asset’s score drops below Grade A, the registry automatically blocks secondary market sales until a re-audit restores compliance.

Yield Distribution Control

The DistributionController.sol contract queries the latest PTVS claim before releasing quarterly dividends. A Grade AAA score triggers automatic payment; a lower score freezes distributions and alerts the Advisory Board.

Technical Default Trigger

If the PTVS Score falls below 70 (Grade B/C), the DefaultTrigger.sol contract executes automatically, initiating a 30-day cure period where the sponsor must either remediate the asset or buy back investor tokens at par value.

Immutable Audit Trail

Every PTVS claim is permanently recorded on-chain with the expert’s wallet address, timestamp, and report hash. Investors can verify the complete forensic history of their asset at any time via Etherscan or PolygonScan.

Code is Law. Forensics is Truth.

The integration of PTVS claims with ERC-3643 smart contracts creates a self-executing legal framework. There is no ambiguity, no delay, and no human discretion in the enforcement of capital protection rules. The code executes exactly what the forensic experts have certified.
