“The first step toward Sovereign syndication. Only assets meeting our Grade AAA standard (90-100 PTVS Score) will be admitted to the Deal Room.”
Before submitting your asset, ensure you have the following documentation ready. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
Complete all fields accurately. Our compliance team will review your submission within 5 business days.
What happens after you submit your asset.
Our legal team verifies jurisdictional eligibility, sanctions screening, and completeness of documentation.
The PTVS Advisory Board conducts a desktop review to assess if the asset meets the minimum Grade AAA threshold potential.
If the asset passes preliminary review, we provide a detailed quotation for the full PTVS forensic audit, including scope, timeline, and fees.
Upon acceptance of the quotation, our sworn judicial experts conduct the on-site inspection, NDT testing, and legal verification.
The Advisory Board reviews the complete PTVS audit report. If the asset achieves Grade AAA (90-100), it is admitted to the Sovereign Deal Room for syndication.
If you have questions about the submission process or need guidance on documentation requirements, our team is available for a confidential consultation.
